As a Tech Lead, you will join the software team, and will report directly to Alfred, Co-CTO. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of 3 to 5 developers.

• Defining and tracking objectives of your team, conducting annual and professional interviews, and fostering squad dynamics.
• Sharing your technical expertise within the squad.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the roadmap.
• Defining and implementing major technological advancements with other Tech Leads and the VP of Engineering.
• Developing features while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Skaleet’s Core Banking Platform is a set of web and mobile applications, hosted in the cloud and delivered as a SaaS solution.

• Core system in PHP 8.2 / MariaDB
