A leading technology organization in Paris is seeking an experienced bilingual Recruiter fluent in French and English. In this role, you will support recruitment for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, source and onboard candidates, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the Paris office and two days remote. Ideal candidates will have a background in recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Recruiter fluent in both French and English, with a background in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, particularly within the Go-to-Market (GTM) sector.
In your first 90 days, you will support recruitment efforts for GTM roles in France while also supporting other functions and regions when needed. You will source, interview, and onboard candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will use various recruitment platforms daily and gain experience in providing strategic recruitment advice. Overcoming challenges like fast‑changing business needs and tight deadlines will sharpen your organizational and decision‑making skills, setting you up for long‑term growth.
Work arrangement: 3 days per week from our Paris office and 2 days from home (La Garenne‑Colombes, until June 2026, then at the new offices in La Defense).

You will be part of a global team, collaborating with hiring managers, business leaders, and other recruiters across regions. You will work directly under a results‑driven manager who values autonomy and provides clear guidance while expecting regular progress updates. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success.
