Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive in France to drive large, complex deals in the Media segment. You will shape innovative use cases, assemble a cross-functional plan with partners, and lead teams to deliver quantified value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

Competenze

• Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
• Ownership of executive level relationships with clients.
• Extensive experience with large, regulated organisations.
• Knowledge of Data & AI space with technology sales experience.
• Proven quota attainment and growth when selling complex software/services to enterprises.
• Experience driving adoption of usage-based SaaS and co-selling with cloud teams (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and related methodologies.
• Experience building partnerships with champions and client teams to support territory plans.
• Understanding of consumption-based, land-and-expand sales models.
• Fluent French and business English.
