Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead big-data and AI engagements in France's FSI sector. You will bring an informed point of view on the Big Data, Analytics, and AI space to guide strategy with customers, partners, and Databricks teams.

You will design use cases, co-develop business plans with ecosystem partners, and drive adoption of usage-based SaaS. You will motivate a diverse team to deliver value and help close complex deals through executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
Ownership of executive level relationships.
Experience selling to large complex regulated organisations.
Fluent French and business English.
Proven track record of quota over-achievement.
Experience co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams.
Knowledge of sales methodologies: MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and Territory planning.

Responsibilities

Design and develop unique use cases and solutions for the French FSI sector.
Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate success and exceed goals.
Motivate a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement the business plan.
Lead engagements to identify impactful use cases and prove value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
Support transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
Close deals by building exceptional value and guiding negotiations.
