Databricks Inc. is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive direct sales of our Data & AI platform within the Media segment in France.

You will own executive relationships, co-develop strategic plans with partners, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated use cases and measurable business value. You will collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform, aiming to exceed quarterly usage and bookings goals while

Formación

• Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
• Ownership of executive level relationships with clients.
• Extensive experience with large complex regulated organisations.
• Knowledge of Data & AI space with technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in selling complex software/services to Enterprise accounts.
• Experience driving adoption of usage-based SaaS and co-selling with major cloud teams (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, Command of the Message).
• Fluent French and business English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop unique use cases and solutions that differentiate Databricks within the Media segment.
• Co-develop a business plan with team and partners to accelerate customer success and exceed usage/booking goals.
• Motivate a diverse team of data & AI professionals to implement the business plan.
• Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data/AI use cases and demonstrate value on the Databricks platform.
• Support broader data & AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
• Build strong value across engagements to guide negotiations and close deals.
