Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead high-impact initiatives for the Media segment in France. You will articulate informed viewpoints on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to guide strategy and deliver exceptional value with customers, partners, and Databricks teams.

You will build executive relationships, co-create business plans, and drive adoption of usage-based SaaS while collaborating with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams to exceed quarterly bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales of enterprise software to large enterprises.
• Ownership of executive level relationships in client organizations.
• Experience with regulated, complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of Data & AI space within technology sales.
• Track record of quota achievement and growth with enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling usage-based SaaS and co-selling with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique use cases and solutions for the Media segment.
• Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and bookings.
• Motivate and lead a diverse team of data & AI professionals to execute the business plan.
• Identify impactful use cases and demonstrate value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Support customers' broader data & AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
• Build exceptional value to guide negotiations and close deals.
