Job summary

Databricks in Paris is seeking an Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive large-scale deals in the French financial services sector. You will bring an informed point of view on big data, analytics, and AI to shape strategy with customers, partners, and Databricks teams.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to design value-driven use cases, co-develop business plans, and expand usage of the Databricks platform, while building executive relationships and steering complex negotiations

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
• Ownership of executive level relationships in your clients.
• Extensive experience with large, complex regulated organisations.
• Knowledge of the Data & AI space with technology sales experience.
• Proven quota over-achievement selling complex software and services.
• Experience selling usage-based SaaS and co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique use cases and solutions that differentiate Databricks within the FSI segment.
• Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and identify new opportunities.
• Motivate a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement your business plan.
• Lead your team, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases while proving their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Support the broader big data and AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and Executive engagement.
• Build exceptional value with engagements to guide successful negotiations to close.
