Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive big data and AI solutions for the French market, focusing on FSI clients. You will shape strategy, lead teams, and work with partners to identify high-impact use cases and close strategic opportunities on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You will engage C-level executives, develop business cases, and collaborate with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams to achieve usage and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
• Ownership of executive level relationships with clients.
• Experience selling SaaS with usage-based models and co-selling with cloud partners.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and the Command of the Message.
• Fluent French and business English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique use cases and solutions to differentiate Databricks within the FSI segment.
• Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and opportunities.
• Motivate a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement the business plan.
• Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Support broader data/AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
• Build exceptional value to guide negotiations and close deals.
