CyberVadis, a leader in cybersecurity risk management, seeks a Customer Success Manager in Paris to own post-sales relationships and drive value realization. You will lead onboarding, program expansion, and renewals for senior stakeholders across multi-client accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, with fluency in French and English. A hybrid work model in France supports flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Management Consulting in a SaaS/tech setting.
• Fluency in French and English (native or professional).
• Proven ability to develop complex Account Plans and manage multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate datasets into compelling stories.

Responsabilités

• Architect success by guiding customers to mature TPCRM programs.
• Partner with clients to integrate CyberVadis into internal processes and tools.
• Move beyond tool training to act as a trusted consultant.
