A global logistics provider seeks an Analyst compliance officer & Speak Up Analyst who will manage the whistleblowing system, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of ethics and accountability. The role involves operational management, investigating reports, preparing quarterly reviews, and enhancing digital reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The position is available either in Paris or Marseille.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management.
• Experience in internal investigations and sensitive case management is essential.
• Professional certifications in compliance, audit, ethics, or risk management are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operational management of the whistleblowing system.
• Monitor investigation timelines and document outcomes.
• Prepare quarterly committee reviews and dashboards.
• Contribute to the promotion of a Speak Up culture across the Group.
