Job summary

Alan is hiring Senior Revenue Operations to join the Sales Effectiveness team across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will own initiatives end to end, from strategy to execution, and drive automation with low-code tools and SQL.

You’ll work with Salesforce, Metabase, and AI-assisted workflows, and you’ll be based in Paris or willing to relocate to major French cities. This is a high-impact, builder-led role with broad exposure across the sales org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, hands-on building the sales machine.
• Ownership: lead initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure).
• Builder mindset; hands-on work and tooling familiarity.
• Comfort with change management: shadowing, training, adoption tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end: roadmap, design, build, and adoption.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, roll out what works; drive automation.
• Collaborate across sales, product, and finance; manage stakeholder alignment.
