Job summary

Alan is hiring Senior Revenue Operations to optimize our sales machine across France and beyond. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, collaborating with Sales, Product and Finance to drive measurable impact.

You’ll work with a modern stack—low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL—enabling fast, scalable workflows. If you have 5+ years in RevOps, strong ownership, and fluent English, apply to join a fast-growing, globally expanding team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of RevOps / Sales Ops experience, with hands-on build of the sales machine.
• Strong ownership, project management, and a builder mindset.
• Proficient in SQL and able to write queries.
• Experience with low-code tools and Salesforce configuration.
• Excellent communication and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end and set the roadmap.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps and improve workflows.
• Evaluate tools, run tests, and roll out what works.
• Build scalable workflows with low-code tools and Salesforce.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, iterate.
