Alan is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will own initiatives from strategy to execution, partnering with Sales, Product, and Finance to optimize CAC and sales motion.

You’ll leverage low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL to automate workflows, generate actionable insights, and drive adoption across field teams. The role offers a hybrid setup with offices in Paris and other hubs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management skills.
• Builder mindset with hands-on approach.
• Comfortable with change management, shadowing, training, and adoption metrics.
• Intermediate SQL queries reading; ability to own queries.
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations to build scalable workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Outreach.
• Ability to build pipelines that yield actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in French and advanced English.

Responsabilités

• You’ll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting roadmaps and designing solutions.
• Spend meaningful time in the field to identify gaps and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, and roll out successful solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance using a modern stack (low-code, AI, Salesforce, SQL).
