Alan is hiring a Product Builder — Sales AI in France to reinvent the sales workflow and drive AI-powered efficiency across the sales funnel. You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it, aligning with multiple business units.

You should have 5+ years in a product role and a genuine enthusiasm for AI, with strong execution and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product role or equivalent ownership.
• Genuine excitement for AI and experience with AI products or eagerness to learn.
• Strong builder mindset with hands-on approach near the engine room (prompts, connectors, evaluation).
• Excellent written communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Reinvent the sales workflow by moving from siloed AI tools to proactive, integrated AI within the sales process.
• Define and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation and scalable AI features.
