Job summary

Alan, a global prevention and care company, is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations to join the Sales Effectiveness team across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will own end-to-end effectiveness initiatives, from roadmap to adoption, and work across the sales org to improve efficiency and CAC.

You'll use a modern stack—low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase—and build scalable workflows. The role requires 5+ years in RevOps, strong ownership, and fluent French and English; willing

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership, PM skills; able to run initiatives independently.
• Builder mindset with hands-on approach.
• Experience with change management: shadowing, training, adoption metrics.
• Intermediate SQL; ability to write and own queries.
• Experience with low-code integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Hands-on Salesforce and/or Outreach experience.
• Ability to build pipelines producing actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent French; advanced English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to listed French/European cities.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end; set roadmap and adoption.
• Spot gaps in sales processes and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, and roll out effective solutions.
• Work with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase.
