Senior RevOps: Automate & Elevate Global Sales

Jobtailor is seeking a senior RevOps professional to lead sales-organization effectiveness across multiple regions. You will own end-to-end initiatives, design automated workflows, and drive adoption with change management.

You will work closely with AEs, BDRs, AMs and CS managers and test new tools like low-code platforms, Salesforce, and Metabase. The role requires strong ownership, 5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops or Sales Effectiveness.
• Hands-on builder mindset with strong ownership and project management.
• Experience shadowing, training, measuring adoption and iterating.
• Intermediate SQL query reading skills.
• Proven use of low-code tools and integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach.
• Ability to build pipelines yielding actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own sales-effectiveness initiatives end to end from roadmap to adoption and change management.
• Collaborate across Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management and Customer Success.
• Shadow, train, measure adoption and iterate enablement initiatives.
• Identify gaps in the sales process by spending time in the field.
• Design smarter workflows by removing steps and increasing automation.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests and roll out effective solutions.
• Support sales-organization effectiveness across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.
• Contribute to reducing customer acquisition cost.
