What you’ll do

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be part of our international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of cross‑functional business process, data and change projects.

The position will require a detail oriented approach with the ability to solve cross‑functional business challenges.

Your key accountabilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing the tracking of project progress and alignment to project goals alongside producing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• You will support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates and governance to ensure consistency across projects.
• You will proactively identify and elevate project risks and issues, supporting project managers with mitigation plans and resolution.
• You will coordinate between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication on project deliverables and follow up of action items.
• You will provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
• Projects could include cross‑functional change, software migrations and/or business process.

The role requires a high degree of independence and an ability to challenge colleagues on deliverables.

• At least 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or PMO related roles, ideally in software, financial services and/or consulting.
• Very good knowledge of business processes and financial services is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Successfully completed university studies (e.g., in economics or computer science) or a comparable education in the banking or insurance environment.
• Enthusiasm for international work in a constantly growing, agile company.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German or French language is a plus.
• You are located in Paris, France.
• A passion for change and continuous learning.
• Project Management certification PMP/PRINCE2 and/or data/financial analytics background would be a bonus.
