Alan is hiring senior backend/platform engineers to own and scale the Data Foundations platform, focusing on privacy-by-design and cross-team collaboration. You will write production-grade code in Python/TypeScript, shape data rules, and help extend the platform to new countries.

Qualifications

• Senior/staff-level backend or platform engineering experience.
• Evidence of building and operating platforms, libraries, or services used by other engineers.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams (legal, security, data, product) without authority.

Responsabilités

• Own and operate the platform, ensuring safety mechanisms and observability.
• Define and ship platform documentation, templates, and self-serve tooling.
• Coordinate with legal, security, and data teams to align on requirements and data rules.
• Extend platform coverage as Alan expands into new countries.
