Alan is building a GDPR‑compliant data platform powered by Python/TypeScript, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud tech. You will own the Data Privacy Orchestrator and help scale data lifecycle across teams, with a focus on safety, observability, and privacy by design.

You’ll work hands-on, shipping production code and collaborating with legal, security, and data teams to enable product areas to define and enforce data rules at scale across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Senior/staff-level backend or platform engineering experience, hired at E level or above.
• Built and operated platforms, libraries, or services that other engineers depend on.
• Hands-on coding in production; ship what you write and operate it.

Responsabilités

• Own and run the platform: core engine, safety mechanisms, and operational health.
• Build the paved road: templates, docs, and self-serve tooling for data rules.
• Bridge across areas: align legal, security, data, and product requirements.
• Grow the surface: extend coverage across data stores and third‑party systems as Alan expands.
• Ship in first 6 months: hardened Data Privacy Orchestrator and broader data-rule coverage.
