Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. We are expanding across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada and are hiring engineers to join the Data Foundations crew within Tech Foundations.

You will own the platform and help scale data privacy, governance, and safety at a global level. In this role, you’ll write Python and TypeScript, run production workloads, and collaborate with legal, security, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Senior/staff-level backend or platform engineering experience.
• Built and operated platforms, libraries, or services used by other engineers.
• Able to influence across multiple teams (legal, security, data, product).
• Hands-on coding with production ownership (Python/TypeScript).
• Experience with privacy, GDPR, or data governance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and run the platform: core engine, safety mechanisms, and operational health.
• Build the paved road: docs, templates, and self-serve tooling for data rules.
• Bridge across areas: align legal, security, data, and product on requirements.
• Grow the surface: extend coverage across data stores and third‑party systems as Alan expands.
