Alan is hiring senior/backend or platform engineers to own the data platform, privacy orchestration, and cross‑team data rules. You’ll ship safe, scalable infrastructure with ownership and fast feedback.

You’ll work hands‑on with Python, TypeScript, Flask, React, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Datadog, collaborating with legal, security and product teams as Alan grows across countries. The role starts with delivering a hardened Data Privacy Orchestrator in production and

Qualifications

• Senior or staff-level backend or platform engineer with production ownership.
• Experience shipping platforms, libraries, or services used by multiple engineers.
• Strong pragmatism; ship safe, scalable solutions with ownership and cross‑team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the platform: core engine, safety mechanisms, observability, and on‑call readiness.
• Build the paved road: docs, templates, and self‑serve tooling for data rules across areas.
• Bridge across legal, security, data, and product to align requirements and ownership of data rules.
• Grow the surface: extend coverage to new data stores and third‑party systems as Alan expands.
