Overview

An international banking group in Paris has partnered with Oliver James exclusively in order to secure a Senior M&A and investments specialist to join their international Corporate Finance team.

The team is growing quite quickly. Nearly as quickly as their international prescience and they are looking to hire a 4th member of the team with an opportunity to be the Director's right hand man / woman in the immediate future with plans to take over the team when the time right. My client is looking for someone at VP level (circa 8-10 years).

Responsibilities

• Analysis of potential targets and their economic and competitive environment
• Participation in the development of business plans, financial analysis, and valuation
• Participation in managing due diligence in coordination with various internal stakeholders and external advisors, and coordination of financial due diligence;
• Preparation of recommendations, particularly on the financial aspect, for the top management of the group
• Participation in tactical thinking regarding the purchase offer structure and the organisation / management of the process and buyers during the sale
• Participation in the drafting / negotiation of contractual documents
• Coordination and facilitation of the work of different stakeholders, including external advisors

This role will see you have an international view, with a focus on :

• Italy
• Germany

• Japan

Salary & Benefits

Salary - Min 6 figures + 25-30% in bonuses

Holidays - 34 days + 12 days RTT

Working from home - 2 days (flexible)
