Parfums de Marly is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Under the supervision of the Senior Creative Content Designer, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative & Design Department, bridging vision and execution across all design touchpoints. This senior role combines hands‑on design expertise with project leadership, ensuring the consistent, on‑brand delivery of high‑quality creative assets across campaigns, toolkits, e‑commerce, CRM, and retail.
You will lead the day‑to‑day workflow of the design team, acting as the key point of contact for cross‑functional teams and managing junior designers with precision and mentorship. Your mission : to protect and elevate the visual identity of Parfums de Marly, ensuring our design output reflects the brand’s codes of luxury, heritage, and modernity.
One of your key missions will be to enhance the brand’s visual identity by challenging and improving its creative assets. You will contribute to elevating the visual standards of the website (strong knowledge of UI / UX required), as well as the design of CRM templates and print materials (press kits, invitations, save the dates, etc.).
With a constant awareness of design and digital trends, you will act as a creative force, bringing fresh ideas and innovative perspectives on a daily basis.
