Job summary

Sociabble, part of Poppulo, seeks a senior Customer Success professional to own enterprise accounts in US & EMEA. You’ll manage 10–25 high-touch clients with Directors and C-levels, driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell while aligning outcomes to client ROI and adoption goals.

You will partner with a Digital Project Manager in a true duo, owning strategy and relationship management across the commercial cycle in a dynamic, hybrid Paris-based setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managing enterprise client portfolios in B2B SaaS
• Owned full sales cycle: renewals, upsell, cross-sell, negotiation and closing
• Managed a high-touch portfolio of 10–25 accounts with senior-level cadence
• Certified MEDDIC/BANT/SPIN or equivalent approach
• Built direct relationships with Directors and C-levels for 12+ months

Responsibilities

• Own the business side of enterprise accounts in US & EMEA, strategy, growth and executive relationships
• Lead a duo with a Digital Project Manager for delivery
• Manage renewals end-to-end and close deals
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with a structured methodology
• Turn project data into ROI and impact narratives for clients
