Conga is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a global book of enterprise customers, driving adoption and value realization across EMEA. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, align roadmaps with customer goals, and ensure issues are resolved quickly to maximize success.

You will partner with executives and day‑to‑day contacts, influence renewals, mentor junior CSMs, and thrive in a fast‑paced SaaS environment with regular travel around 20% in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and growing customer relationships in enterprise accounts (EMEA, incl. Germany).
• 3–5 years in a customer success role with focus on retention and expansion.
• Ability to drive adoption, plan jointly with customers, and align roadmaps with business goals.
• Strong project management or consulting background to drive customer initiatives.
• Knowledge of revenue/contract management software and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage a global book of enterprise customers and drive adoption and value realization.
• Engage customers in joint planning to optimize outcomes and renewals.
• Lead value realization activities: stakeholder alignment, roadmap reviews, risk mitigation.
• Ensure rapid resolution of technical issues through internal Conga partners.
• Communicate effectively with executives and operational teams across regions.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Support.
