Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French and English for effective communication.
• Prior B2B experience in software, logistics, or SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in revenue generation through existing accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to present data and trends effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead point of contact for clients, ensuring swift communication.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling existing accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and address red flags.
• Prepare performance reports and QBRs analyzing client KPIs.
• Support strategic marketing and operational decisions.
