UpSlide is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts across the EMEA region, driving value, retention, and expansion in a hybrid work setting.

You will build senior-level relationships, lead business reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support to ensure renewal success and long-term growth across multi-entity accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing/revenue role.
• Proven experience managing renewals and churn on strategic/enterprise accounts.
• Track record of generating expansion (upsell/cross-sell) within an enterprise account base.

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with ARR/NRR responsibility.
• Lead executive-level business reviews focused on ROI and value realization.
• Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge for client relationships.
