Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Customer Success professional in Boulogne, France, to accelerate adoption of the SaaS/Managed product portfolio and own renewal strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar field.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of IT operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Dynatrace SaaS/Managed products through enablement and training.
• Own renewal strategy and on-time renewal of subscriptions.
• Build Dynatrace brand awareness and loyalty; defend against competition.
• Conduct regular proactive calls and account reviews; document discussions and actions.
