Job summary

Cato Networks in Paris is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the French region to be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through renewal. In this role you will inspire and support customer adoption and expansion, using your customer-facing and technical acumen to drive success.

You will build durable relationships with stakeholders across Sales, CS, R&D and Support Engineering, guiding product adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success or sales role at a high growth SaaS software or technology vendor.
• Experience with Networking, Security or AI Software solutions.
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to listen and truly understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Ability to influence at all levels and gain trusted advisor status.
• Must be well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for health of assigned accounts, ensuring customers realize full value of the technology.
• Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer and with Sales, CS, R&D and Support Engineering teams.
• Own and orchestrate post-sales motions including QBRs, product adoption maturity assessments, renewals and upsells.
