Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Customer Success Manager to protect and grow subscriptions in the defined accounts for Digital Experience Management solutions. You will accelerate adoption, plan renewals, and act as a trusted advisor to executives and procurement teams across France.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver proactive account reviews, and build strong customer relationships to defend against competition while identifying new business opportunities within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in customer success or account management.
• Fluent in English and French (verbal/written).
• Strong business acumen and IT operations understanding.
• Experience engaging with executives and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and renewals for Dynatrace DEM solutions.
• Lead renewal strategy and ensure on-time renewals.
• Conduct proactive account reviews and document actions.
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities.
