Job summary

Matrix42 in France is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of large enterprise clients, driving value realization, adoption, and renewal outcomes.

You will lead executive reviews, map stakeholders, and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to remove barriers and identify expansion opportunities. Fluency in English and French is required, with at least 5 years in CS or account management within enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or similar with enterprise software.
• Experience engaging with executives on outcomes, investment priorities and value.
• Ability to map stakeholders and manage renewal and growth discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio GRR and contribute to NRR through renewals and expansion.
• Lead executive reviews and align success plans with business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support to remove barriers.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and success plans in CRM.
