Chain of Events in Paris is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be the primary partner for strategic sponsors across three major summits, and a senior leader within the Customer Success team. You will own the sponsor relationship end to end, and you lead the people and suppliers who make delivery possible.

This is not an account management role with a team attached. You are accountable for three things: the experience sponsors have from first contact to post‑event follow‑up, the share

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a related client-facing role.
• Experience supervising or mentoring people.
• Strong project management skills with multiple deliverables.
• Structured mind for processes and workflows.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in large institutions.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
