Job summary

CyberVadis SAS is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Paris to own post-sales relationships, onboard strategically, drive program maturity, and lead contract renewals. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensure CyberVadis becomes an indispensable part of clients' security strategy.

You will guide strategic consulting, program maturation, and value realization, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Management Consulting in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Native or professional fluency in German and English; French is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of developing complex Account Plans across multi-stakeholder enterprises.
• Data-driven mindset; able to translate data into clear storytelling with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Architect Success: guide customers in maturing TPCRM programs throughout their lifecycle.
• Partner with clients to integrate CyberVadis into internal processes and toolsets.
• Act as a consultant beyond tool training to deliver value at scale.
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with Project Managers, Decision Makers, and Sponsors (C-Suite).
• Own Voice of the Customer and provide proactive strategic support and project management resources.
• Lead or support internal projects to improve service delivery and feedback loops.
• Monitor forecasts, delivery, and KPIs to ensure measurable ROI for clients.
