Job summary

Cato Networks in Paris is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide top customers from deployment through renewal. You will leverage strong consultative skills and deep product understanding to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion across the French region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to orchestrate post-sales motions, deliver QBRs, manage renewals, and upsell opportunities while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or sales in a high-growth SaaS/software environment.
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and craft sustainable solutions.
• Ability to influence and gain Trusted Advisor status with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for health of assigned accounts and driving growth and value realization.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, CS, R&D and Support.
• Own post-sales motions including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals and upsells.
