Job summary

Chain of Events in Paris is seeking a Senior Event Manager to join the team asap. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating large-scale, high-profile summits (Signal Week, RAISE, MACHINA) and ensuring seamless pre-, on-site, and post-event operations.

You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics, work across an international team, and deliver exceptional attendee experiences from planning through post-event debriefs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing very large-scale events at the Palais des Congrès.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across projects.
• 5+ years of experience in event management.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor management and coordinate service providers.
• Coordinate technical and logistical aspects across events.
• Collaborate with Chain of Events team members.
• Manage on-site logistics during events.
• Evaluate suppliers and debrief after events.
• Control budgetary commitments and payments.
