Les Nouvelles Recrues is recruiting a Senior Account Executive for Chain of Events, Paris-based. You will own a high-value sponsor book, selling Summit sponsorships, Hackathon tracks, and Startup Competition as one integrated proposition to AI-native companies and large tech enterprises.

You will report to the Head of Sales for RAISE Summit, collaborating with RevOps, Customer Success, Marketing and Content, in a fast-moving environment with quarterly targets and a focus on strategic sponsorship

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales with a track record of closing high-value, complex deals (€50K+ ACV) to senior buyers (CMO, Head of Partnerships).
• Demonstrable fluency in the AI ecosystem and ability to speak credibly about model labs, infra, dev tools, and GTM motions.
• Experience selling sponsorships or platform-style products, ideally in events or enterprise marketing.
• Strong consultative selling instinct: discovery-first, architecture-led, multi-stakeholder.
• Full professional fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Based in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle for the integrated RAISE offering across Summit sponsorships, Hackathon tracks, and Startup Competition.
• Build deal architectures that couple booth, branding, hackathon, and startup components as a single GTM play.
• Sell to CMOs, Heads of Partnerships, Developer Relations leads, and Strategic Marketing executives at AI-native companies and large tech enterprises.
• Close high-value sponsorships and aim to build a €1.8M+ book of business.
• Map target accounts and run consultative discovery to translate needs into the right sponsorship assets.
• Maintain pipeline, rebooking, and renewals; ensure CRM cleanliness and timely contract workflows.
