A leading automotive company in Paris is seeking a Creative Lead to guide the creative team in developing innovative concepts and managing all production aspects of brand-related content. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading automotive campaigns, along with strong project management and aesthetic skills. A Bachelor's degree in Art/Design and fluency in English are essential, while proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and may require travel across Europe.

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team to develop core concepts based on client insights and project strategies. Take full ownership of the final creative output quality.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the production of all brand and vehicle-related content (including TVCs, functional videos, Key Visuals, and CGI) to ensure the final deliverables meet the creative vision.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the creative team. Allocate tasks efficiently, foster a collaborative creative environment, and ensure resources are flexible to meet business needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively within the department and across other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Art/Design). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Proven track record of leading successful automotive campaigns. Possess a strong aesthetic sense and excellent presentation skills.
  • Certifications: Prior winners of international creative awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, The One Show) are preferred.
  • Other: Willingness to travel frequently across European countries. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creative management for premium/luxury automotive brands (e.g., BBA, Volvo, Porsche).
  • Familiarity with EU advertising regulations and industry self-discipline guidelines to ensure content compliance.
