Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our BFSI footprint and grow the customer portfolio. You will own the sales strategy, drive large deals with presales and delivery teams, and build networks with CIOs across major banks.

Reporting to the France Sales Director, the role offers an attractive fixed + variable compensation package, holiday bonuses, profit sharing, and opportunities for future sales management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of experience in sales of services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of the French BFSI ecosystem and CIO level networks.
• Developed commercial fiber and ability to identify deals and shape opportunities.
• Ability to define a sales strategy and actually execute it.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration and execution of the sales strategy and sales action plans within a set of accounts in the sector.
• Directly in charge of one perimeter within the sector and drive large and strategic deals with presales & delivery teams.
• Develop external and internal network by relying on key stakeholders.
• After a successful initial period the role should evolve towards a sales management role.
