Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France is seeking a Global Engagement Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee delivery of complex, multi-region programs in IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, and digital services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply Agile, PRINCE2, and hybrid approaches, ensure 24x7 readiness and SLA compliance, and drive revenue forecasting and cost control across global accounts.

Fluent English required; French is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT program management with infrastructure focus.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, international programs with 24x7 operations.
• Certified in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and PRINCE2; PMP/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary engagement leader for global clients to ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary programs including infrastructure modernization and cloud migration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies with governance and risk management.
• Apply Agile, PRINCE2, and hybrid methods to manage execution and timelines.
• Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and SLA compliance for infrastructure-heavy engagements.
• Drive revenue forecasting, cost control, invoicing and deviation management.
• Lead executive-level client communications and manage expectations.
