Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand the customer portfolio and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing sector. You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with a cross-functional team across IT, R&D, and business units.

The role requires deep understanding of ERP/CRM/MES solutions, strong commercial drive, and the ability to craft winning proposals while managing key accounts.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in sales of services and solutions.
• Exposure to discrete manufacturing, OEMs and Tiers1 preferred.
• Strong commercial drive and prospecting campaigns.
• Experience in offshore solutions/services is a plus.
• Ability to challenge clients’ technical topics with confidence.
• Broad technological culture: ERP, CRM, MES, Cloud, AI, CIO advisory.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy with prospects and clients.
• Hunt and develop business with new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFQs for multi-year engagements.
• Negotiate terms, address legal terms, and close deals.
• Build networks with customer stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
• Grow loyalty and revenue across the assigned perimeter.
