Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Lifesciences to expand the France customer portfolio and win new logos. You will drive strategic deals, build strong CXO relationships, and collaborate with global delivery teams to deliver value in life sciences initiatives.

Reporting to the Sales Director Lifesciences, you will develop new opportunities, respond to tenders, and lead cross-functional efforts across France, India, and international teams to grow

Qualifications

10+ years in sales of services/solutions with 5+ years in a similar role.
Ability to address CXOs in IT and business environments.
Experience in LifeSciences or related domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop the client portfolio in LifeSciences and acquire new logos.
Contribute to sales strategy, action plans, and tender responses.
Drive loyalty and growth of existing perimeter and large deals.
Map accounts, identify opportunities, and build external/internal networks.
Collaborate with international delivery teams and Centre of Excellence.
