A global technology leader is seeking a Sales Manager for the Merchant Payments segment in North America. The role involves closing deals, promoting products, and collaborating with marketing. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in business development, including expertise in the Merchant Payment ecosystem. This position supports a hybrid work model and is based in Austin, TX.

As Sales Manager, Merchant Payments North America, you will be responsible for the Merchant Payment customer base in the region. In this role, you will create profitable opportunities for Thales PAY, dealing with Payment Gateways, Payment Service Providers, Payment Orchestrators, Merchant Wallet providers, Merchants and Acquirers (customers). You will cover US & Canada Region (North America/NORAM).

Travel: 50% travel, of which 80% will be domestic and 20% international (Canada)

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between 113,150.00 - 252,810.86 USD Annual. This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
