Reporting to the Business Unit CEO Sales and forming part of a the leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Animal/Pet Ingredients division.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Food Ingredients (Animal/Pet Nutrition industry an advantage) and will have excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team (10+). You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation
