Job summary

Alma is seeking a Revenue Enablement professional to read market signals and translate them into winning arguments for the sales field. You will craft personalized case narratives, co-produce revenue decks and ROI presentations, and partner with PMM on competitive intelligence to deliver field-ready assets.

You will train teams to use assets, run pitch clinics and role plays, and build AI agents with Dust to scale market monitoring and content surfacing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience close to live deals (ex-PMM, ex-AE/AM, or ex-consultant with GTM experience).
• Storyteller capable of making a payment case study compelling to diverse audiences.
• AI-native mindset: build agents, automate workflows, and scale with AI.

Responsibilities

• Read market signals and translate into winning arguments for reps.
• Create revenue content: case narratives, decks, ROI presentations and leave-behinds.
• Train teams to use assets via activation plans, clinics, and role-play sessions.
• Build AI agents (Dust) for market monitoring, content freshness auditing, and contextual content surfacing.
