Job summary

Gorgias is hiring to own the AI agents that power our GTM workflows. You will take manual processes to reviewed agent automation, shipping working agents quickly and debugging across GTM tools such as Cargo and HubSpot.

You will care about whether the business actually uses what is built and iterate based on feedback. You’ll work on building and maintaining agents for lead and account work, optimize prompts and skills, and ensure smooth CRM data integration while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering role with production automations.
• Hands-on with LLM applications: prompt design, tool calls, and reviewing output quality.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Segment, Airbyte, Hightouch).
• Strong SQL and Python or JavaScript; comfortable with REST APIs.
• Experience with outbound/engagement tools (Cargo, Dust, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Customer.io, or similar).
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Clay, or similar is a plus.
• Good business judgment and ownership from idea to live agent.

Responsibilities

• Navigate between context layer, repositories, MCPs, and automation tools to build end-to-end GTM workflows.
• Build custom agents and reusable agent skills on Cortex and custom builds when needed.
• Maintain agents for lead/account work: outbound replies, audience building, enrichment, follow-up, routing.
• Map sales/marketing workflows; decide Agent/Automation/Manual, deliver output for business owner.
• Improve live agents: tune prompts, review data, fix edge cases.
• Debug broken workflows across Cargo, HubSpot, Customer.io and fix root causes.
• Connect agents via APIs and workflows (n8n, Clay, custom code) with centralized credentials.
• Help Sales and CS adopt agents; train them to supervise outputs.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineers to ensure CRM data quality.
