Job summary

Legora is seeking a senior GTM leader in Paris to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. You will coach across the customer lifecycle, manage pipeline health, and partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market execution.

You will leverage data and AI-driven insights to improve forecasting, deal velocity, and win rates while maintaining high standards and ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS within sales or GTM functions, leading or influencing teams.
• Strong track record in pipeline management, forecasting and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to coach and elevate performance with actionable feedback.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn data into measurable actions.
• Experience with AI and modern GTM technologies to boost productivity.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Hands-on, high-ownership mindset with bias for action and learning.
• Fluent English and French; English as primary company language for global scope.

Responsibilities

• Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, driving growth.
• Coach and develop team members across the customer lifecycle with feedback.
• Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting processes.
• Identify gaps and improve pipeline health, velocity, and win rates.
• Set high GTM standards and ensure consistent messaging and processes.
• Leverage data and AI-driven insights to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel and playbooks.
