360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the AI-driven GTM operating model, partnering with data, enablement, and engineering to turn ambiguity into scalable products. You will define the target state for CRM, marketing automation, and CS tooling, build the systems and agents, and drive adoption across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across GTM systems and AI-driven workflow products.
• Fluent English (US/UK) with FR proficiency.
• Experience shipping AI agents and integrating with business systems.
• Ability to read processes and decide where AI adds value.
• Experience with vendor evaluations and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM: library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI.
• Lead customer-zero AI initiatives to identify patterns for adoption across functions.
• Design the GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling) and decide what to build vs. buy.
• Prioritize solutions by cost, feasibility and business impact.
• Coach senior ICs, ensure documentation, testing and deployment standards.
• Run end-to-end vendor evaluations and renewals.
• Partner with Data, Enablement, Security and Finance leaders.
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities.
