GTM Lead — Operational Intelligence (Industrial AI)

Job summary

IFS is seeking a GTM Lead for the AI-powered Operational Intelligence (OI) portfolio to drive global revenue and adoption. You will own the commercial outcome across standalone and integrated sales motions, shaping the market with compelling narratives and scalable sales plays.

In this role you will partner with Product, Sales, Presales and Field CTO, translating customer insight into strategy, forecast discipline and growth acceleration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology or related roles.
• Proven track record of owning or driving revenue growth and pipeline.
• Experience building go-to-market motions for growth products or new business areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to engage credibly with executive, operational and technology stakeholders, translating complex capabilities into measurable business value.
• Experience within Industrial AI, Operational Intelligence, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or related markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Operational Intelligence revenue target.
• Build and scale Operational Intelligence sales plays and land-and-expand motions.
• Partner with Product (R&D) to translate roadmap investments into commercial narratives.
• Work with Field CTO and Presales to convert product differentiation into commercial advantage.
• Coordinate Sales, Product, Marketing and Enablement around a shared go-to-market strategy.
