Job summary

Alma is seeking a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, to deliver strategic insights across Revenue teams. You’ll turn complex questions into actionable recommendations and practical tools, owning the modelling pipeline and collaborating with data, product and revenue leaders.

You will contribute to dashboards, forecasts and KPI tracking while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and impact. Paris-based with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency and data modelling.
• 2 to 4 years experience in data analysis/business analysis, preferably in a fast-growing tech or fintech.
• Strong data visualisation; Looker & LookML experience is a plus.
• Interest in AI-assisted tools (Claude Code) in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end modelling pipeline for Revenue teams and integrate new data sources.
• Design data-driven tools and models to address tactical business needs and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and revenue forecasts to communicate health and progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Central Data Team to maintain high data quality across the org.
