360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM and to partner with data, enablement, security, and finance teams. You will define the target state for CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling, and the AI portfolio, then build scalable systems and agents to realize ROI.

You will lead five senior ICs, drive adoption, and manage vendor evaluations end-to-end, shaping the future of our GTM stack with a strong AI mandate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across GTM systems or AI-driven workflow products in enterprise SaaS.
• Fluent English (US/UK) with FR proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design and ship AI-native operating models and quantifiable impact.

Responsabilités

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM, including skills, evals, cost, adoption and ROI.
• Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops.
• Run end-to-end vendor evaluations, renewals, and strategic stack decisions.
• Partner with Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and commercial functions.
• Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities.
